UPAY - Viewing Images Using BDM from FOIDOCH

You can use Banner Document Management (BDM) to view images of documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and checks.

To view an image associated with a document in Document History (FOIDOCH), follow the steps below.

1. Type FOIDOCH in the Search field and press ENTER.
2. Enter a type (such as INV or PO) in the Document Type field.
3. Type the document number in the Document Code field.
4. Select the Go button.
5. Select the appropriate document number.
6. Select the Related button.
7. Select Query Document [BY TYPE] and the Document Code will auto-populate in the next Banner page.
8. Select the Go button.
9. Select the Retrieve button to open the image.
10. Close the tab in the web browser to exit the image.
11. Select the Close button to return to the main menu.

Please note that documents processed in iBuy (prefix of IE, IN, IB, or IV) cannot be viewed in BDM through FOIDOCH. Please log in to iBuy to view the document.
