UPAY - DCM: Revise and Resubmit a Card Application in CMP
This article provides step-by-step instructions for a Department Card Manager (DCM) or Delegate to revise and resubmit an application in the Card Management Platform (CMP).
- Log in to the Card Management Platform (CMP).
- On the Dashboard, you will see a table of Cardholders with In Progress applications and/or modifications. If any applications have been returned, the number of returned applications will appear in the Returned for Your Attention box.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the returned application.
- Select the pencil icon to view the application and make changes.The reason the application was returned will appear in a yellow box at the top left of the application.
- After completing the necessary edits, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Submit Updated Application button. You may also delete the application from this screen by selecting the Delete This Application button.
- The application will be rerouted to the Cardholder and Department Head for approval.
