UPAY - DCM: Edit Cardholder Contact Information in CMP

This article provides step-by-step instructions for a Department Card Manager (DCM) or Delegate to edit a Cardholder’s contact information in the Card Management Platform (CMP).
  1. Log in to the Card Management Platform (CMP).
  2. Select the Cards & Cardholders tab under the Card Management banner.
  3. Under Find cardholders, select the search method you want to use. For this example, we will use UIN.
  4. Enter the Cardholder’s UIN in the Search field and select the Search button.
    NOTE: You can only view Cardholders for whom you are responsible.
  5. All active cards and applications for the Cardholder will appear. Select the Cardholder’s name to open the Cardholder System Profile.
  6. On the System Profile, select the Update button in the Contact Information section.
  7. A pop-up window will appear. You may update the shipping address or phone number by selecting the radio button next to an existing address or phone number. You may also enter a new address or phone number.
    1. To enter a new on-campus address, select the radio button next to Enter on-campus address and complete the address fields.
    2. To enter a new off-campus address, select the radio button next to Enter off-campus address and complete the address fields.
    3. To add a new phone number, select the radio button next to Add other phone and enter the phone number in the provided field.
  8. After updating the Cardholder’s contact information, select the Update button. Updating the Contact Information will apply to all cards associated with the Cardholder.
