Teams, Contact Center, Unable to sign in
This document details the error message users see if an agent account to use TouchPoint Contact Center cannot be found.
Only users with a TouchPoint agent account configured can sign into the Teams and web apps.
Users who are either not configured with an account or who's login does not match an existing account will see an error message that states they could not be signed in.

If your department uses Enghouse TouchPoint Contact Center to take calls and you are experiencing this error, please reach out to your supervisor.
