Teams, Contact Center, System & browser compatibility

This article details supported browsers and minimum system requirements to run TouchPoint.

Enghouse Interactive TouchPoint 15 is a web-based application. 

The TouchPoint Teams app runs in Edge WebView2 and is officially only supported on the Windows operating system. While the application may run on other operating systems (MacOS, Linux, ChromeOS) Enghouse has not tested these configurations and does not officially support them. If any errors occur while using the app on an unsupported operating system, we suggest moving to the web app in a supported browser.

The following web browsers are supported for taking calls on the web:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

Recommended minimum hardware specifications:

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 
  • 1.1 GHz dual-core processor or greater with at least 4 GB RAM and at least 2 GB over other system requirements
  • Screen resolution 1024 x 768 (minimum)
  • Sound Card
