University of Illinois IT Pros leveraging Technology Services Endpoint Service Munki Mac Endpoint Management

The Mac Endpoint Services team will provide an initial training session upon provisioning a department in the service. Units may also contact Endpoint Services for additional training requests, such as a Munki skill set refresh for existing IT staff, or an introduction to Munki for new IT staff.

In January 2020, the Mac Endpoint Services team presented two 'Basic Munki' and 'Advanced Munki' in-person sessions before the campus shut down due to COVID-19. Materials from those sessions are available at the following links:
