Signing Electronic SIE forms through Adobe Sign

The purpose of this document is to provide details on how the numbered signature prompts appear on the form.

Forms

  • Overtime Eligible - hourly employees (will require IHR-Compensation signature regardless of amount)
  • Overtime Exempt - salaried employees (will only require IHR-Compensation signature for amounts over $10,000)

Overtime Eligible

  1. Initiator (this appears after all other signature prompts are completed)
  2. Employee
  3. Requesting Unit
  4. Second Requesting Unit signature (optional)
  5. Requesting College
  6. Second Requesting College signature (optional)
  7. Employee's Home Unit
  8. Second Employee's Home Unit signature (optional)
  9. Employee's Home College
  10. Second Employee's Home College signature (optional)
  11. Not an available option on the screen as it automatically sends to IHR-Compensation (ihr-compensation@illinois.edu)
