Delete an email account

You can remove an email account from the Mail app and from all the apps that use it on your iPhone.

Note: This action doesn’t cancel the email account; it just removes it from your iPhone. To close the account completely, visit your email account provider.

1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap Apps, then tap Mail.
3. Tap Mail Accounts, tap the email account you want to remove.
4. Tap Sign Out or Delete Account.

How to Install Outlook on iOS

1. Open App Store: Tap the App Store icon on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search: Tap the search tab at the bottom and type "Microsoft Outlook"
3. Download: Tap Get or the cloud download icon next to Microsoft Outlook.
4. Verify: Confirm the download using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if prompted.
5. Open & Sign In: Once installed, open the app, tap Add Account, and enter your email credentials.
