Gradrecs: How to obtain access to Gradrecs

Instructions for Obtaining Gradrecs Access

To request access to Gradrecs, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the Request Form:

   • Download and complete the PDF form linked below.

2. Submit the Completed Form:

   • Once you've filled out the form, submit it through the following link: https://illinois.edu/fb/sec/7224515

3. Review and Verification:

   • Engineering Hall will review and verify your request. After verification, a ticket will be submitted to request access.

4. Access Granting:

   • The Engineering IT App Dev team will process the request and send a confirmation email to Engineering Hall.
