My UI Info, Change Your Contact Information
My UI Info is a System Human Resources Service that allows employees to view and update their personal and employment information
- Visit https://www.hr.uillinois.edu/myinfo
- Click My Profile
- Click Access My Profile
- Log in using your NetID and password, and approve the DUO prompt.
- Click Edit next to the Address/Contact information section.
- Click Edit for the section (Home/Permanent, Mailing Address, Office Address, Working Outside of Illinois Address) you wish to edit
- Delete the incorrect information and type in your up to date information and click Submit.
- Confirm the information is being displayed correctly on the My Profile - Contact Info page.
- If you are finished click Log Out.
Your information should begin to sync to other systems over the next 48 hours. Note that updates are not run on Sunday or Monday, which can cause a delay in the update appearing in different systems.
