Teams Contact Center, Rates for Contact Center Service

As of the date of this article, these are the rates for Contact Center.

The following information should be used as a guideline for Contact Center rates. Exact rates for your specific implementation will be determined during your design meetings with the Contact Center Team. If you would like to discuss the possibility of using the Contact Center for your department, please email contactcenter@illinois.edu.

 Voice Agent License  $48 per month, per agent  REQUIRED
 Voice Supervisor License  $48 per month, per supervisor

A one-time setup fee of $250 up to 4 hours, then $65/hour after that is required for all implementations in Contact Center.  A post-satisfaction hourly rate for product changes is $65/hour.

EXAMPLE IMPLEMENTATION 1

Your department requires 10 agents to answer Contact Center calls for your department. In addition, you have 2 supervisors that will be assisting with calls, running reports, and/or managing agents within the Contact Center. Your department does not require these Contact Center calls to be recorded. Your charges would be as follows:

EXAMPLE IMPLEMENTATION 2

Your department requires 25 agents to answer Contact Center calls for your department. In addition, you have 3 supervisors that will be assisting with calls, running reports, and/or managing agents within the Contact Center. Your department does require these Contact Center calls to be recorded. Please note: If you require recording of Contact Center calls, all agents and supervisors will need Call Recording Licenses in addition to the Voice Licenses.Your charges in this example would be as follows:
