Available 24/7, it can assist with questions such as “How do I view my student account balance?”, “When is my tuition due?”, and “How do I enroll in the payment plan?” It provides step-by-step guidance, relevant resources, and direct links. The Bursar Bot is the orange “Need Help? ” icon in the lower right corner of University Bursar’s home page.

The Bursar Bot cannot access your personal account details, determine how much you owe, make account changes (e.g., remove holds), or address complex, personal situations. For these requests, please contact University Bursar at bursarhelp@uillinois.edu or 217-333-2180.
