How to add additional mailboxes in "Outlook" using "Win10"

1.    Navigate to "Search Windows" > search for “Control Panel”
2.    Once inside the “Control Panel,” navigate to “Mail”
3.    Select “E-mail Accounts”
4.    Select “Change”
5.    Select “More Settings”
6.    Select the “Advanced” tab
7.    Select “Add”
8.    In the “Add mailbox” field, type names, or browse for mailboxes

Example - simply type in “OBFS UAFR” select OK, and view a list of all the mailboxes

9.    Select >Apply > OK > Next > Finish > Close > Close
10.    Launch “Outlook”
11.    Select your new mailbox in the mail pane to populate it  with your messages

How to add additional mailboxes in Outlook 2016

1.    To add another mailbox, launch “Microsoft Outlook 2016” 
2.    Select the “File” tab >
3.    Select “Info tab” > “Account Settings”
4.    In “Account Settings”, select your current mailbox and click “change”
5.    Select “More Settings”
6.    Select the “Advanced” tab
7.    Select “Add”
8.    In the “Add mailbox” field, type names, or browse for mailboxes

9.    Select >Apply > OK > Next > Finish > Close > Close
10.   Close out of the “Account Settings” screen
11.   Select your new mailbox in the mail pane to populate it  with your messages
