Web Intelligence Rich Client - How to Fix a Version Error?
Customers receive a version error message when running a report in Web Intelligence Rich Client.
EDDIE/Web Intelligence Rich Client had a Service Pack (SP) upgrade on January 10, 2021. Installation is suggested, but not required. If you receive the error message below when running a report, installation is needed. This error message may occur when someone creates a report in the new version of SP and tried to open the report int he previous version of SP.
