Simple fix for tickets not appearing after clicking "view/update" from email notification.
When a technician receives an email notification that they have been assigned a new ticket, clicking the "View/Update" link from the ticket may not work if they are not already signed in to TDNext. The link will take them to the TDNext main screen and they have to click the link from the email again for the ticket to appear.
Add a popup blocker exception for https://help.uillinois.edu to the browser.
