TeamDynamix - Why am I not receiving email notifications from TeamDynamix?

Explanation of why users may not receive email notifications in Outlook from TeamDynamix (TDX).

Microsoft Outlook 365

By default, Office 365 Outlook will have a "Focused" inbox enabled, which attempts to show only messages addressed directly to you in one group and all other messages (like mailing list messages) in another.
  • Make sure to check other mailboxes if you are not seeing all messages.

Note: Notifications are sent to the email address on file in your TeamDynamix user profile.
