University Bursar - How do I set up an authorized proxy to view my Form 1098-T?

Proxy Access allows a student to authorize other people to view and access the student's 1098-T tax information. A student can designate a parent or guardian as a proxy.

To set up an authorized proxy:

blue box 1 Log into Self-Service, following the instructions for your university

blue box 2 Select "Proxy Management - 1098-T"

blue box 3 Select “Add New”

blue box 4 Enter Proxy Information

blue box 5 The Authorized User (Proxy) will receive several email notifications with temporary password and weblink. Please Note: It is important to notify your designated proxy once they are set-up because action will be required.
