University Bursar - What is the SMMC Know What You Owe challenge?

Know What You Owe is an educational campaign designed to help students manage their student loan debt responsibly and stay informed about their borrowing.

Offered twice a year by the Student Money Management Center (SMMC) at the end of fall and spring semesters, this module helps student loan borrowers:

  • Track how much they're borrowing
  • Understand their total debt
  • Learn effective debt management strategies

Students who complete the survey are entered into a drawing to win one of five prizes.
