EDDIE/Web Intelligence Rich Client - PDF Report Error

A customer was trying to view a Standard Report in PDF mode and received a Plugins error.

A customer was trying to view a standard report in EDDIE using Chrome.  He was in PDF mode in the report and received the error message below.

"Cannot view the document in PDF format.  Do you still want to download the document?"

It was determined that the Chrome PDF Viewer was disabled (the customer was using the adobe plugin).

The fix was to:
1)  In Chrome URL, enter Chrome://plugins
2)  Enable Chrome PDF Viewer (see below)
