The KnowledgeBase improves and enhances collaboration between campuses and departments. The use of the KnowledgeBase as an enterprise tool also results in cost savings by eliminating the need for departments to provide their own KB tool and save significant time for customers when they have an issue. It improves the end-user experience and allows university information to be shared more openly and is visible to end-users. It improves website usability for self-service.
