1098-T forms are made available by January 31 of each calendar year.
Select your University from Self-Service
Please Note: If you are a former student and need assistance recovering your NetID login, please visit the NetID Center to reset your login credentials.
Enter NetID and Password and click "Log In"
Verify your identity
In the "University Bursar" card, choose 1098T
Enter desired Tax Year
To print your 1098-T, click on the printer icon.
