ATLAS Financial Commitments - Edit User Permissions

Learn to edit an existing user's permissions in ATLAS Financial Commitments.

Begin by navigating to the "Manage Group Users" area of ATLAS Financial Commitments.

You can only edit user permissions to a Commitment Group if you are a Group Administrator.

For descriptions of all available permissions in ATLAS Financial Commitments, check out ATLAS Financial Commitments - Permissions explained and other key concepts.

Once in the "Manage Group Users" area, you should see the users table shown below:

In this instance, I'm going to give the user Michelle Rome permissions as a Group Administrator.

To do so, let's select the gear icon button in the "Actions" column of the table. From there, select "View or Edit."

We'll then see, to the right of the users table (depending on browser/platform), a panel with options to view/edit the permissions and also view the activity of the selected user.

From here, we can simply add the desired permission (Group Administrator in this instance), and select the Update button to finalize our changes.

We should then see the "Success" box in the top right corner of the application appear (shown below):

And, finally, we can see in the table that the user now has the permission badge for Group Administrator:
