UIC Users Experience Login Error - Workaround Identified

Recently, some University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) users have experienced an error when attempting to log in to the platform.

The error that some UIC users have experienced is the following:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'University of Illinois Chicago' and cannot access the application '' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

To resolve the issue, users should open a private or incognito window in their browser and log in to the training platform using their UIC credentials. This should allow the user to access the training platform without experiencing the login error.

Private or incognito windows are available in Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
