Status at Illinois, Adding or Updating a Service Offering to the Status Page
This article describes how IT service owners and delegates can request that a service offering be added or updated on the StatusHub page.
StatusHub Overview
StatusHub displays the service health information for IT service offerings that have a broad impact on the University of Illinois community. Requests to add, update, or change service offerings displayed on the StatusHub page must be submitted for review and approval.
StatusHub Eligibility
Service offerings displayed on the StatusHub page must:
- Be in the Enterprise IT Service Catalog
- Be capable of having an incident
- Consulting offerings do not need to be included on StatusHub
How to Submit a Request
To request that a service offering be added to or updated on the StatusHub page or in the Enterprise IT Service Catalog:
- Submit a request using the Add An Offering Request Form
- Submit the request for review
- The request will be reviewed, and you will be contacted if additional information is needed to complete processing.
