Teams, Contact Center, Signing into TouchPoint

This document details how to sign into the Enghouse Interactive TouchPoint application.

The upgraded version of Enghouse Interactive's TouchPoint Communications Center client allows agents to sign in using their Illinois credentials via single sign on (SSO). There are two primary ways to use TouchPoint; via the web, or via the Teams app.

Web Sign In

To sign into TouchPoint on the web, navigate to the web portal, then select the button labeled Microsoft and complete the Microsoft login process.

Teams App Sign In

To sign into the TouchPoint application in Teams, install the Enghouse Interactive TouchPoint app from the Teams app store and open it when finished. The app will use your session to automatically log in with SSO.

If you sign out of the app in Teams you can sign back in by clicking where it says "Or sign in with -- Teams".

Clicking away from the app and coming back to it will also auto log back in.
