Teams, Contact Center, How to install TouchPoint for Teams

This document details how to install the EICC TouchPoint Teams app.

Enghouse Interactive's TouchPoint Communication Center is now available as a Teams app! You can access this directly from the Teams client without needing a separate desktop application.

To install the app, go to the link below, or follow the instructions to find it in Teams manually.

The link below will start the installer and step you through the installation. Once installed you should be logged into TouchPoint automatically. If, however, you are not, at the login page hit the TEAMS button and login with your email and password. DO NOT LOGIN WITH YOU NAME AND PIN

Install the TouchPoint Teams app

Install Manually

Select the +Apps button on the left sidebar

Go to Built for your org at the top of the apps menu on the left hand side

Find TouchPoint by Enghouse Interactive and click Add

Then, click Add again on the app popup

The app has been successfully added! Click Open.
