cPanel for Mission Critical Sites, Accessing the cPanel Dashboard
Two methods to log in to the cPanel dashboard for sites hosted on cPanel Hosting for Mission Critical Sites.
Standard Dashboard Access
To log in to cPanel hosting for Mission Critical Sites, visit https://cpp.web.illinois.edu and click "Illinois Login."
Shortcut Dashboard Access
A shortcut to accessing the dashboard is to type your own custom domain followed by /cpanel. For example https://techservices.illinois.edu/cpanel. You will follow the same login process as with the standard access method and be presented with a choice of all accounts you have access to.
The shortcut access is considered more fragile and various conditions may interfere with it working correctly. If your shortcut access fails, use the standard access method instead.
