Teams, Contact Center, Signing out of TouchPoint
TouchPoint 15 allows users to sign in directly in their Teams client via an app. When a user with a valid TouchPoint account signs into the app it consumes a license from our pool, and if the account is not fully signed out that license will continue to be in use. To prevent a shortage of licenses, all users should completely log out of the app when their shift is done.
Signing out of TouchPoint
To sign out of the TouchPoint Teams app, first ensure that you have signed out of the queues by clicking Log Out from Queues in the upper right of the app.

This alone is not sufficient to release your license back to the pool. Users must also sign out of the application using the door-shaped icon in the upper right.

Once you have been signed out, the application will return users to the login box.
Note: Be careful not to click the Teams button, or click away from the app and back! This will sign you back in automatically and use a license from the pool.
