Skype for Business, Call Park
What is the Call Park feature in Skype for Business, and how do I use it?
The Call Park feature gives Skype for Business customers the ability to place active calls in a holding queue, or “Parking Lot”, where they can be retrieved using a special number displayed by Skype for Business. Unlike a call placed on hold, a parked call can be retrieved from the queue by anyone logged into Skype for Business by dialing that retrieval number.
The Call Park feature is available only for two person audio calls. Instant messages, video calls, desktop shares or calls with more than two participants cannot be parked.
Call Park can be performed under the Transfer menu on Windows clients, and in the call menu on IP phones.
