Skype for Business, WiFi Compatible Phones

Are there any devices that can connect to campus wireless for use with the Skype for Business system?

At present there are no stand-alone Skype for Business certified/compatible phones that support WiFi that would be approved or fully compatible for use on campus. We keep looking for solutions and will announce them if more phones become approved. Some of the issues would be E911 compatibility with our campus E911 system and the current state of wireless on campus (lack of enough coverage and access points).

A good alternative would be to use a cell/mobile phone with the Skype for Business client for Android or iOS. This works because it allows calling out using WiFi or cellular data, and meets E911 requirements because it forces 911 calls to go out the cellular connection.
