- Press the Windows Key + R at the same time to open the Run prompt.
- Run the command %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook, and hit Enter.
- Find the folder named RoamCache and delete it.
Windows, New Outlook
- Close Outlook, and make sure that it is not running in the background (you may need to restart your computer).
- Press the Windows Key + R at the same time to open the Run prompt.
- Run the command olk.exe --devtools.
