Webstore, Licensing error -15 or -96

Why do I get a licensing error -15 or -96 while connected to the VPN on a Mac?

To resolve this issue, please ensure you select the Tunnel All group setting above the username field when connecting to the VPN, if this option is available to you.

You can find VPN instructions for all campuses here, VPN Service. Once you have chosen the correct setting and reconnected to the VPN, the error should no longer occur.
