Teams, Contact Center, Unable to connect to phone error
After installing TouchPoint, you receive an error message stating the app could not connect to your phone.
After installing the TouchPoint application and signing in, users may encounter an error in the app stating that "We are unable to connect to your phone." This error is typically caused by a configuration error on the user's profile.

If you encounter this error, please submit a ticket to contactcenter@illinois.edu and provide the following information.
- Your name and NetID
- The department you work for
- When the error first started occuring
