This guide lists the supported Microsoft Windows operating system versions in the University MECM service.

University of Illinois IT Pros leveraging MECM, hosted by Technology Services' Endpoint Services team
Supported Windows releases
The Endpoint Services MECM team maintains the following versions of Microsoft Windows as per Microsoft's lifecycle document:
- Windows 11 Enterprise (64-bit)
- Windows 11 Enterprise ARM is currently being tested and has limited support
- Windows Server operating systems are supported per the above lifecycle document but Server OS images are not maintained by EPS
How are the Windows versions managed in MECM?
Once a new release of Windows becomes available, MECM admins will revise the available releases on the following Patch Tuesday. The newest build of Windows will be uploaded once the MECM environment is upgraded to the corresponding version required to support it according to Microsoft's MECM Support for Windows 11 document.
