Teams, Telephone, Add or Remove a personal phone number from the Teams contact card

If your Teams contact card is showing a personal phone number and you want to remove it, or if you want to add additional information to the card, you can do this by logging into your My Microsoft 365 profile. 

Below your name, click Update Your Profile.

Phone information can be found under the Contact section.

Note: Users are not able to edit their Business phone number here. Please see Teams, Telephone, My work phone number is incorrect or isn't listed on my Teams contact card to update your work phone information on the HR Systems my Profile page.
