Adobe Sign - Finding Adobe Sign Group and Administrators
Please Note
To send documents (agreements) out for signature using Adobe Sign, you must be part of an Adobe Sign group. To be added to an existing group, you must contact a group administrator.

Find Your Adobe Sign Group and Administrator(s)
- Navigate to the Adobe Sign Group and Administrator(s) Lookup Tool.
- Log in using your university credentials.
- In the Adobe Sign Group & Administrator(s) Lookup section, the University and Department Code fields will automatically populate with your current department information.
- Click the Search button.
- Review the Adobe Sign Group section:
- If an Adobe Sign group exists for your department, it will be indicated in this section and the Adobe Sign Group Administrator(s) section will appear below it.
- If at least one (1) group administrator exists, a list of group administrators will appear below the Adobe Sign Group Administrator(s) section.
- To request to be added to the Adobe Sign group:
- Click on one of the listed group administrators.
- Click the Send Request Email button. You will be copied on the email for your reference.
Finding the Adobe Sign Group and Administrator(s) for Another Department
Alternatively, you can use the Adobe Sign Group and Administrator(s) Lookup Tool to find the Adobe Sign group and administrator(s) for another department.
- Ensure you have selected the appropriate university.
- If you know the department code for the department you are trying to search, enter it in the Department Code field in the Adobe Sign Group & Administrator(s) Lookup section.
- If you don't know the department code, click the checkbox to search by a department name keyword.
- Once you find the desired department, double-click it to automatically add the new department code to the Department Code field.
- Click the Search button.
No Group Found
To have an Adobe Sign group created for your department, please contact your USC. Your USC will need to submit a New Department Request form.
No Group Administrator(s) Found
Please contact BPA Adobe Sign Support directly or submit an AITS Service Desk ticket for further assistance.
