ATLAS FormBuilder - How to Change/Edit a Form Title

This document explains how to change/make edits to the title of an existing form.

Step 1 - Navigate to your form Dashboard.

Step 2 - Click 'Manage' in Form Properties.

Click 'Manage' in Form Properties.


Step 3 - In the box labeled "Title" you can make changes to the title of the form.
