Canvas/SRA Automation Expected Timing

This document details the expected turnaround times on various automated processes in support of Canvas and the SRA

Canvas and the SRA (Space Request Application) utilize open scheduling to achieve automated results from a variety of upstream providers within the University system. This type of scheduling is not based on specific start and stop times. It is dependent on several factors including:  resource availability, vendor and subscription limitations, upstream data feeds, etc. As such, the following times are meant as "guidelines" and are in no way meant to be taken as a hard operational schedule for Canvas changes:

New and Updated Canvas Users Not exceeding 12 hours 
New and Updated Canvas Courses Not exceeding 1 hour
Teacher Enrollments in Canvas Courses Aligns with course changes above
Student Enrollments in Canvas Courses Not exceeding 6 hours
SRA Non-enrollment Updates (ex: course title change) Not exceeding 12 hours
