Canvas@Illinois, General course policy questions

A student has a question or issue about something within a course site that isn't technical in nature.

Students with questions regarding course policy must contact their Instructor.  Examples of these questions are:

  • Difficulty accessing an assessment, or other course material.
  • Disputes over grades.
  • Missed deadlines.

If the Instructor would like assistance with any of these issues, they must contact Technology Services directly at consult@illinois.edu or 217-244-7000.  Technology Services will not be able to assist students with the above unless the Instructor initiates contact with Technology Services.
