How do I add offices to the Illinois Support Contact App?

  1. Go to https://go.illinois.edu/support-office. Log in with your NetID and use two-factor authentication.

  2. Choose the area you have access to and click "View Offices". You should see the list of offices.

     

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see “Add a new office”.

  4. Add the office name and click the "Add Office" button. This will add the office to your list. This office name can be changed on the Edit Office screen.
